EB-3 CAREGIVER RECRUITMENT PROGRAM

1.   WHO WE ARE

  • Newland Group, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, is a specialized caregiver recruitment company. We partner with a 25-year-experienced immigration law firm and an international network of caregiver and nursing schools to help U.S. homecare agencies overcome critical caregiver shortages through the EB-3 Green Card sponsorship program.

  • We connect trusted homecare sponsors—such as Home Instead and others—with qualified foreign caregivers, while supporting the entire immigration process from start to finish. Our hands-on, step-by-step approach ensures a smooth, reliable, and personalized experience for both employers and caregivers.

2.   WHAT WE DO

  • Newland Group partners with experienced immigration law firms and global caregiver networks to deliver reliable, compliant, and long-term staffing solutions. Our role is to support employers and candidates throughout the EB-3 process while ensuring full compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.

3.   OUR GLOBAL NETWORK

  • We recruit caregivers from regions with strong healthcare talent pools, including:

  • Southeast Asia (Taiwan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines)

Our Responsibilities.

  • Recruiting EB-3 Sponsors: Helping home care providers facing caregiver shortages bring qualified foreign caregivers through the EB-3 visa program.

  • Recruiting Caregivers:  Connecting U.S. employers with qualified foreign caregivers to meet workforce needs.

  • Sponsor Communication & Relationship Management: Contract and maintain effective communication and strong relationships with sponsor companies.

  • Job Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling and arranging interviews with sponsor companies.

  • Document Coordination: Collect and share necessary documents between sponsors, and applicants.

  • Liaison with Immigration Law Firm: Facilitate communication with the immigration law firm for sponsors, and applicants.

  • Applicant Support: Assist applicants prepare documentation and understand the immigration process as directed by the attorney.

  • Status Updates: Provide regular updates on application status to applicants and sponsors.

  • Pre-Employment Assistance: Provide basic settlement service for applicants before and after arrival.
