Hello, and thank you for taking a few minutes to meet me.
I’m Joseph Rhee, Founder and CEO of Newland Group.
More than 40 years ago, I immigrated from South Korea to the United States with a dream of building a better future. America welcomed me, gave me opportunities, and helped me grow—both personally and professionally.
I have experienced the American Dream firsthand, and I will always be grateful. Now, I believe it is my time to give back and contribute to the country that has given me so much.
Through Newland Group, I want to add meaningful value to America’s senior care community. We help senior care employers build dependable, long-term workforces by connecting them with dedicated international caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants through the EB-3 Green Card Program.
By bringing together employers who need reliable care professionals and qualified caregivers who dream of building new lives in America, we create opportunities for everyone.

For me, this mission is deeply personal.
Healthcare has always been an important part of my family’s life. My wife, Mary, began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in South Korea. After passing the NCLEX and earning her U.S. RN license, she dedicated her career to caring for American seniors.
Our son, Chris, is an anesthesiologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. Our daughter, Gloria, is pursuing her dream of becoming an attorney through law school.
Their commitment to serving others continues to inspire me and strengthen my passion for supporting the future of senior care in America.
