Joseph Rhee | CEO Greeting
I am a Korean American who immigrated to the United States from Seoul, Korea over 40 years ago. I began my life humbly, working while studying in college, and through perseverance, built several successful businesses, including our EB-3 caregiver recruiting program.
My wife, a former registered nurse in South Korea, earned her U.S. RN license through the NCLEX and now holds active licenses in New York and Georgia. Together, we raised two children—one a medical doctor and the other soon to become a lawyer.
Today, my mission is to connect qualified foreign caregivers with U.S. homecare sponsors through the EB-3 program—providing sponsors with reliable, long-term caregivers while helping workers build stable, meaningful lives in America. We support both sides from start to finish, every step of the way.
